The ceremony was broadcast on Fox on January 15, 2024, with the 75th Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards on January 6 and 7 at the Peacock Theater in Downtown Los Angeles, California, following a delay from September 2023 due to the 2023 Hollywood labor disputes. A total of 26 Emmy Awards were presented. The ceremony was produced by Jesse Collins Entertainment and hosted by Anthony Anderson. Nominations were announced on July 12, 2023.
